Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 May 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Primary Maths Craft products, licences, digital resources and online tools. Primary Maths Craft is a trading name of Marvel Education Ltd.
1. Summary
Some Primary Maths Craft products are digital products, downloadable resources, online services, licence-based tools or automatically generated resources. Cancellation and refund rights may depend on the type of product purchased and whether digital access or service provision has already started.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where digital content or services are faulty, not as described, not supplied, or not provided with reasonable care.
2. Paid digital products and licences
Paid Primary Maths Craft products may include digital resources, licences, diagnostic tools, access to InterventionPack, generated links, templates, reports, spreadsheets, slide decks, onboarding or other digital services.
Because these are digital products or services, access may begin shortly after purchase, after onboarding, or once configuration has been completed.
3. 14-day cancellation rights
For online purchases, consumers may usually have a 14-day cancellation period. However, different rules apply where digital content or digital services are supplied immediately with the customer’s express consent and acknowledgement.
Where you request immediate access to digital content or a digital service and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once access begins, your cancellation rights may end once access, delivery, download, generation, configuration or service provision has started.
4. Immediate digital access
At checkout, you may be asked to confirm that you want immediate access to a digital product or service and that you understand you may lose your right to cancel once access begins.
This may apply where, for example, an InterventionPack licence is activated, onboarding begins, diagnostic links are generated, digital resources are delivered, school-specific configuration is created, or generated outputs become available.
5. When refunds may not be available
Refunds may not be available where:
- a digital product has been accessed, downloaded or delivered;
- a licence has been activated;
- InterventionPack onboarding or configuration has started;
- diagnostic links, reports, spreadsheets or school-specific outputs have been created;
- resources have been generated or emailed;
- access has been used by the customer, school or organisation;
- the product has been shared outside the permitted licence;
- the refund request relates to a change of mind after immediate digital access has begun.
6. When refunds may be considered
We may consider a refund where:
- you were charged in error;
- duplicate payment was made accidentally;
- the product or service was not supplied;
- there is a technical fault that prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved;
- the digital content is not as described;
- we are legally required to provide a refund.
Where possible, we may first try to resolve the issue by correcting access, replacing links, fixing configuration or providing support.
7. Free tools and generated resources
ArithmeticPack may be provided as a free tool. Because no payment is taken for free generation, there is no purchase price to refund.
Generated free slide links are temporary and remain available for approximately 6 months. Users should make their own copy into their own Google Drive if they want to keep or edit the slides permanently.
8. Subscription, renewal or licence expiry
Some products may be offered on a fixed-term licence, such as a one-year licence. Access may end when the licence expires unless renewed.
Where renewals are offered, renewal terms will be shown at the point of purchase or renewal. If automatic renewal is introduced in future, the relevant renewal and cancellation information will be provided clearly before purchase.
9. How to request cancellation or refund support
To request cancellation or refund support, email: system@primarymathscraft.co.uk
Please include your name, email address used for purchase, order number if available, product purchased and a brief explanation of the issue.
10. Processing refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
11. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If digital content or a digital service is faulty, not as described, not supplied, or not provided with reasonable care, you may have rights under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
