This disclaimer applies to the Primary Maths Craft website, blog content, resources, InterventionPack tools, ArithmeticPack tools, generated slide decks, diagnostic outputs and any related materials.
1. Educational support only
Primary Maths Craft resources are provided for educational support only. They are designed to support teacher thinking, planning, retrieval, fluency, diagnostic awareness and intervention design.
They are not a replacement for teacher judgement, school assessment systems, safeguarding procedures, statutory assessment, professional advice or school policy.
2. Teacher review required
All generated resources, including ArithmeticPack slides and InterventionPack outputs, should be reviewed before use. Teachers and schools remain responsible for deciding whether content is suitable for pupils, whether pitch and difficulty are appropriate, whether adaptations are needed, how diagnostic information should be interpreted, what intervention is appropriate, and how resources fit the school’s curriculum sequence.
3. Automatically generated materials
Some resources are generated automatically from question banks, templates or diagnostic logic. Although care is taken in designing these systems, automatically generated resources may contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, unsuitable examples for a particular class, incomplete or unexpected outputs, or content that requires teacher adaptation.
Users should check all outputs before classroom use.
4. Diagnostic tools
InterventionPack diagnostics are designed to indicate possible misconceptions and support intervention planning. They do not provide formal clinical, statutory or high-stakes assessment.
Diagnostic reports and summary sheets should be interpreted by a teacher or school leader. Primary Maths Craft / Marvel Education Ltd does not guarantee that a diagnostic result fully reflects a pupil’s understanding or future progress.
5. Blog and pedagogical content
Blog posts and pedagogical reflections are provided for professional discussion and general educational information. They should not be treated as official government guidance, inspection advice, legal advice or school-specific policy.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that use of our resources will result in specific pupil outcomes, assessment outcomes, inspection outcomes, intervention outcomes or curriculum improvements. Impact depends on many factors, including teaching, sequencing, pupil needs, school context and implementation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Maths Craft / Marvel Education Ltd accepts no liability for errors not identified before use, teaching decisions made using resources, assessment or intervention decisions, loss, disruption or inconvenience caused by use of the website or tools, technical problems with third-party platforms, loss of access to generated resources after the availability period, adaptation, redistribution or misuse of resources by users, or outcomes arising from use of automatically generated materials.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Third-party services
Our tools may rely on third-party services such as Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Apps Script, WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers and email platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, data loss, access issues or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
9. User responsibility
By using our website, tools or resources, you agree that you are responsible for:
- checking materials before use;
- ensuring resources are suitable for your pupils;
- managing school data appropriately;
- making copies of generated resources you want to keep;
- using resources within the permitted licence;
- complying with your school’s policies and legal obligations.
