Primary Maths Craft shares free resources to support professional thinking, classroom preparation and primary mathematics teaching.

These resources are provided in good faith, but users remain responsible for deciding whether they are appropriate for their own pupils, school and context.

1. Professional judgement

Primary Maths Craft resources are designed to support teachers and school leaders.

They do not replace professional judgement, school policy, safeguarding procedures, curriculum expectations or local guidance.

Before using a resource, teachers and schools should check that it is suitable for:

• the age and needs of their pupils;
• their school curriculum;
• their assessment approach;
• their data protection and safeguarding policies;
• their local context.

2. Free use

Resources are currently provided free for professional and educational use.

You may:

• use them in your own classroom;
• use them within your school;
• adapt them for your own pupils or staff;
• share links to the original Primary Maths Craft resource page.

You must not:

• sell the resources;
• upload them to paid resource websites;
• repackage them as your own commercial product;
• remove branding and present them as your own original work.

3. Pupil and class data

Some resources may involve teachers entering pupil names, class lists, scores or other school information into their own copy of a document, spreadsheet or template.

Any data entered into your own copy is your school’s responsibility.

Primary Maths Craft does not have access to your school-owned files unless you choose to share them.

Schools should ensure they have appropriate permission and should follow their own data protection, safeguarding and IT policies before entering pupil information into any digital resource.

4. Accuracy

I aim to make resources accurate, useful and carefully designed.

However, errors can happen, and education practice can change. Users should check resources before using them with pupils or staff.

If you spot an error, you are welcome to contact me so it can be reviewed.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Primary Maths Craft resources are intended to support teaching, reflection and professional decision-making.

They do not guarantee a particular pupil outcome, assessment result, inspection judgement or school improvement outcome.

6. External tools

Some resources may use or link to external tools, such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Mailchimp, WordPress tools or other platforms.

Primary Maths Craft is not responsible for the performance, availability, privacy practices or terms of those external platforms.
